I really enjoy playing on the platform and the legitimacy of it but for the past 3 months my account has been messed up. I open the app I’ll have all the entry fee options that I normally do, then I’ll play for a little bit and close the app. I reopen it maybe half an hour later and it suddenly has limited entry fee options and only allows me to have one pending game at a time when normally it’s 5. A couple hours later I’ll reopen it and it will appear to have resolved itself, but then I’ll re-close it and it will be messed up again. Also, if it resets the challenges or starts a new daily tournament while it’s in this messed up state I won’t have access to them until it decides to fix itself sometimes taking weeks at a time. This glitch has negatively impacted my ability to place well in the league (used to be top 10, now I’m lucky if I’m top 20) and give it the 5 star review I would’ve given it before the app started messing with my account. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting and talking to support just to receive the same template answer about how it’s an in-game behavior algorithm and there’s nothing they can do. But that can’t be true because I play the same games in the same way now that I did before it started doing this. I’m a level 700+ diamond league player that regularly plays $20+ entry fee games so I expect a better solution besides a template answer and “a nothing we can do about it” solution. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.
