Licensed Software Support for SCADA System at Water Treatment Plant, Water Distribution Control and Wastewater Treatment Plant:Water Treatment Plant – $19,263.02 Water Distribution Control – $19,385.66 Wastewater Treatment Plant – $16,343.22 Total – $54,991.802.
The Customer shall not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the Licensed Software.
Title to and all Intellectual Property rights in the Licensed Software remains the property of the Supplier.
Licensed Software will continue to be subject to this Agreement notwithstanding any alteration or modification of the Licensed Software.
Provide assistance in the use and operation of the Licensed Software and/or review and resolution of the Licensed Software problems.
