This subdomain stores assets used by Scratch projects, and is sometimes used as an Image Host.

cdn.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain stores Discussion Forum emojis, and the contents of the Tips Window of the Scratch 2.0 project editor.

cdn2.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain is a predecessor for uploads.scratch.mit.edu.

day.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain is the website for Scratch Day.

download.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain contains assets for several versions of Scratch.

downloads.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain shows the Scratch 2.0 404 page.

filter.scratch.mit.edu

Main article: Censor

This subdomain is most likely used by the Scratch Team to implement words in the bad word detector, using Cleanspeak. The main page redirects to a login page, which only Scratch Team members can log in to.[1]. The domain is now deprecated.

lab.scratch.mit.edu

Main article: Scratch Lab

This subdomain lets users test experimental extensions to Scratch 3.0.

uploads.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain stores images such as studio thumbnails and profile icons. Several parts of the main Scratch website can also be accessed using this site.

wiki.scratch.mit.edu

This domain used to be the location of the Scratch Wiki, but now redirects to en.scratch-wiki.info. It is still referenced in the footer of scratchr2 pages (e.g. pages with Scratch 2.0 design).[2]

www.scratch.mit.edu

This subdomain always redirects to the main page.

This domain is the location of ScratchEd’s website.

scratch.ly

This domain is only accessible by the Scratch Team and any other access results in a 403 Forbidden error.[3] The site is used by the Scratch Team to test parts of the website.[4]

downloads.scratch.ly

Instead of resulting in a 403 Error, the site states “No.”

This domain contains the website for Scratch Jr.
