1.Exchange or replacements of goods will only be accepted after verifying the condition of the product.

2. You are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of returns ( for replacement or exchange ) our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

3. Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged , in original packaging and is in a sale-able condition.

4. We offer our customers a simple, reverse pick-up policy. Your pin code should be serviceable by courier companies we are working with for reverse pickup ,if not you would be required to ship on your own and would be reimbursed rs 150 (per 1000 gms shipping) amount for same.

5. Refunds are not possible as we provide only replacements so we only offer store credits with 1 year validity .
6. You are required to open a return request and drop a mail to [email protected] with some pictures of video of the product ( if required ) and the reason for return and let us do the remaining process.

7. We advise our customers to go through and assess all the features and see the proper functioning of the product before actually using it , so that you wont be facing any difficulties in returns.

8. The 15 days return policy for replacement or exchange is only for unused products , the product when carries signs of usage or wear and tear comes under warranty and not returns.
