Razer Blackwidow Chroma Keyboard Software Not Compatible :: Book of Demons Discusiones generales

The keyboard works fine, but the lighting effects through the Chroma App when turned on completely disables all lights on the keyboard as soon as you launch Book of Demons. You have to turn this function off in order for the keyboard to light up. This is the first game I’ve ran into that has this issue. The purpose of the Chroma App within the Razer software is for 3rd party software to take advantage of. IE: all lights on the keyboard are on, but when an explosion happens in a game all the lights go crazy until the explosion is over. Instead of this game taking advantage of this software it completely disables all lights instead. Razer Synapse is the software. Chroma Apps is the function inside the software in which it allows 3rd party software to take advantage of the lighting. Can we get a fix for this? Low priority I know.., but sometime? Thanks!
