THis year, our bank selected Cyclone as a partner of the RPA project through bidding. Now RPA project can not only help us deal with simple click-entry operations in the system that are repeated, in efficient and witjh low-added value, but also help us complete data inspection, cross-checking, report generation and pro forma invoicing with more complex logic, helping us overcome low-efficienct especially in going through processes.
RPA lets our staff get rid of time-wasting repetitive work like batch auditing, account information inputting and querying from outside source record by record, with efficiency greatly promoted and operational risks decreased. In addition, RPA backed by AI shows us its ability and potential in automatic logical inference, flexible and accurate recognition and other intelligent-based operations with support of OCR and NLP. RPA has greatly improved the work efficienct of relecant business departments and staff, reduced work burden and mistakes, and we are glad to promote the technology to other colleagues and departments.
In the future, Cyclone’s products and services will be gradually deployed in more aspects of our work process and departments of our bank, and RPA applications will be recommended and used in our brachches across the country.
