[Solved] Dota 2 update download stuck on “Starting”

Steam started updating my games.
When it started to update Dota 2 everything went normal, but when it finished, the download got stuck on “Starting”. I tried to pause and resume but it didn’t help.
If I try to open the game, it starts and I can play normally.
Also in the Library it says “Ready to play”, next to Dota 2.

I solved my problem, I just had to opt into steam beta.
Steam > Settings > Account > Beta participation (Change it to “Steam Beta Update”)
Then let it update Steam and then Dota 2 and it should be fixed 🙂
