Memorandum – city decoration for 75th anniversary of the Victory Day. A competition among artists, illustrators and designers supervised by project curators aiming at comprehension of importance and reflection on Great Patriotic War Victory Day as viewed by today generations, implementation of ideas by means of contemporary practices of creative communities.

Rustam Qbic started with fundamental illustrative practices. Surprisingly, appeared on the global scene in monumental art, visited several continents as major festivals participant. 

Each work deals with certain social issue.
