Important Information: You must update your computer’s BIOS and Thunderbolt™ drivers to the latest versions at www.dell.com/support before using the Dell Docking Station or other Thunderbolt device. Older BIOS versions and drivers could result in the docking station or other Thunderbolt device not being recognized by your computer or not functioning optimally.

To update the BIOS and the software and drivers: Go to http://www.hp.com/support. Select Get software and drivers, enter your computer model number (located on the computer service label), and then select Find my product. Click the link for your specific computer, select your operating system, and then download the latest.

Enter your notebook model name at www.msi.com/support. Find the latest Thunderbolt™ driver and Thunderbolt™ firmware under the “Driver” and the “Firmware” tab of the product download page. Keep them updated by following the update guide to have the most enjoyable user experience on the Thunderbolt™ ports.
