Open Procreate.

Tap the color icon, then pick your skin palettes option. On the top right of the colors window, tap the + button.

To get a color palette from an image, go to your photo gallery and find the picture you want. Select “New from photos” after that. This will take you to your photo gallery, where you can choose the photograph you wish to use as a source for generating the color palette!

Procreate will then lay out your swatches neatly for you to easily use!

What equipment do you need to use Procreate?

How do I get more color palettes in Procreate?

The color palettes are accessible through the color swatches menu by opening it and tapping the Palettes icon on the bottom right corner.

Once you’ve made your selection, Procreate will display all of the color palettes that you have saved.

You can also get more color palettes like this skin tone palette free, by downloading them from websites (like artsydee.com) or by making your own!

Is there a color selector on Procreate?

Yes! You can access the color selector or eyedropper tool by going into your brushes palette and tapping the color wheel icon. This feature allows you to select a specific hue, saturation, brightness level, opacity setting, and blend mode for each tool.

Another way to select a color is by holding your finger on the image on your canvas. Procreate will then sample the color you are touching.
