-Disappointing but not shameful-

Coming from Switzerland and the USA it was very disappointing to see that nothing was working in the arena, the staff was completely uninformed, coffee machine broken, same goes for the popcorn machine and soda machine. Adding to that the parking was poorly lighten up and a shocking lack of information which also goes for the inside of the arena where strictly no information could be found about the seatings, food courts etc.

Beside those cons The game was interesting and the prices very cheap, the player entrance was entertaining, music was nice and Rungsted have very beautiful jerseys!
