Description
The EP50 Olympus microscope camera can be used in 3 different ways.
- link directly to a HDMI monitor in it’s stand alone format. Using OSD (On-Screen Displays) Operate the camera using a USB mouse connected directly to the camera. On screen displays give you control of the camera settings, and images are saved to an on board SD card. Simple and no need for a PC / Laptop
- Use the USB port to connect the camera to a PC or laptop. Operate using your laptop monitor, connected keyboard & mouse, and windows OS. you can install the powerful but easy to use EPView software from Olympus.
- Wireless connectivity using the USB WLAN adaptor. The EP50 camera can create it’s own wireless network. Allowing many users to simultaneously connect using tablets and smart phones,. Used conjunction with the EPview software. Free to download from App Store or Google Play.
Use with 0.5X microscope camera adaptors. Our sister company Best Scientific Couplers can help you connect this to almost any existing microscope.
