Gamdom is a bit different than the other casino sites we’ve seen. If you’ve already had a look yourself, you’ll probably have noticed that it is a super busy site with a lot of interaction between players. If you’re the social type, you will enjoy the strong inter-player chat element.

Making a Deposit at Gamdom
There are actually a number of different ways you can make a deposit at Gamdom – all from the clearly marked green bubble mid-screen labelled ‘WALLET’.
You can use a digital currency you already have and deposit straight into your Gamdom account. Or you can purchase crypto from the Gamdom site and then work from there. Either way, once you are in possession of cryptocurrency, you’ll just need to copy the deposit address or scan the QR code to process the transaction, and of course, enter the amount you would like to send.
Alternatively, you can make a traditional ‘Bank Deposit’ here using Visa, MasterCard, NeoSurf, or EcoPayz. To do so, you will simply need to select the payment method you would like to use and follow the onscreen instructions from there, which are very easy and intuitive.

There is no minimum deposit for what is called a ‘Bank Deposit’, so if a mere dollar is worth it to you, then go for it. In terms of timing, withdrawals made as a bank transfer are essentially dependent on bank bureaucracy in order to clear, which usually means they take about 3-5 business days. Bitcoin, Ethereum and the other crypto withdrawals are more or less instant, which really means the few minutes it takes to get the blockchain confirmations to complete the transaction.
Whatever that ultimate limit, to process your first withdrawal just be aware that in line with anti-money laundering laws, you will need to first provide some personal identification information. In addition to details like your residential address and phone number, you may be asked to provide account verification documents that support your identity such as a valid driver’s license or passport, recent utility bills, or your birth certificate. This is standard fare for any regulated online casino, so you should be glad you’re being asked.

There is no way around this but to come out and say it: yes, Gamdom is that rare online casino that straight up charges banking fees.
Perhaps this is because it is using third-party providers for all of its transactions, but that is the reality and it is undoubtedly a bit of a bummer. Of course these aren’t fees that are going to break the bank at around 5-7% for smallish deposits – less if you deposit higher amounts. Now, on to the Gamdom casino bonus. Basically, there isn’t one. That is, you won’t see a welcome bonus advertised on the site along the lines of “make a first deposit and get a 100% up to $100 bonus”.
There is, on the other hand, a small bonus you receive when you make deposits using certain deposit methods. It’s more like a gratuity.
So for example, when we last checked, if we made a $30 Visa deposit, we’d actually receive $36.64, which is about 20% more value. This basically covers the banking fees plus a bit of padding if you think about it, so you come out mildly ahead.

Although there aren’t really any match deposit bonuses at Gamdom, there are lots of other rewards and promotions. In fact, there are so many different types, it can almost be confusing.

As we mentioned, the Gamdom website is very busy. Those who come from the world of video gaming, and perhaps that of CSGO in particular, will be at home right away. To those who are more familiar with traditional online casino sites, the truly social element will be a bit of a novelty.
What we’re talking about btw, is the constant chat stream across the left side of your screen, though you can easily close it. There are different channels, including a newcomer channel. Beyond the general chit chat, there are often valuable player tips shared there. Also, it is where promos like the Rain Bot will appear, so it’s good to keep an eye on it if these kinds of rewards are of interest to you.
The navigation itself is easy enough to follow, and all of the links work, so that’s good news.
You may also find yourself following the stream on the bottom of the homepage showing ‘Live Bets’, i.e. all of the bets as they are being placed in real time by players at Gamdom, including the player’s screen name, bet size, and game name. 7.) Gamdom Mobile Casino
Gamdom mobile can easily be accessed from any cell phone or tablet. From our experience it works equally well on iOS and Android devices. There is no need to download an actual app to play Gamdom mobile. Instead you simply visit the website from your mobile browser.

8.) Gamdom Casino Support
To feel comfortable playing at an online casino, it’s important to know that it’s backed by a strong support staff. The expectation is 24/7 and chat. But Gamdom is not quite on the traditional front when it comes to support service.
How to Get in Touch with the Gamdom Support Team
Almost every online casino these days offers 24/7 chat support. Gamdom does not have live chat support, and this was frankly shocking. In fact, it took us a while to accept this fact, as we frantically searched the site, just one more time in case we were missing something. But alas, there is simply no live chat to be found, which is a huge lacking in our books.
So when we had a question, which we did in terms of banking limits for example, we had to send an email. The site itself says that it can take up to 2 hours to get a response although for our first question, it took a full 6 hours until we heard back from an agent! In all fairness though, when we sent this agent follow up questions, she did respond in a timelier manner of just under an hour most times.
Needless to say, there is no phone support either. So all and all, a rather mediocre mark for Gamdom on the support front.
Not helping the matter all that much is that the site’s FAQ section doesn’t really address the common questions most Canadian players we know have about things like bonuses, withdrawal processes, and gameplay. It is still nonetheless a good source for more information on the various rewards. All we can say is we hope to see the support experience improve.
On the positive side, Gamdom is strong on the social media front, and does afford you opportunity to interact with the brand there. In fact, Gamdom has a huge following on channels like Twitter and Instagram, which it regularly updates with tips and special short promos, which always feature worthwhile giveaways. This is quite rare, but we actually do recommend following this casino’s social media channels for true added value.

9.) Is Gamdom a Serious Casino?
Now that we’ve covered the basics in terms of games, bonuses, and banking, it’s time to answer the question in the back of many players’ minds. And that is, is Gamdom safe and fair?
To address safety first, yes gambling at Gamdom is certainly safe in terms of knowing that the casino is an above-the-board operation. By way of background, it has been in business since 2016 and is fully licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao. For those less familiar with online gambling, this is one of the main and most reputable online gambling licensing bodies, so that’s considered a good thing.

Overall, there are a lot of good things to say about Gamdom.
