I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience here at Gamdom. We have recently updated the website and mainly focused on the game modes being smooth so our users do not experience any sort of lag from the server’s side. There should be no crash lag from the server’s side with this update as it was improved significantly.
Unfortunately, our chat moderators do not allow users to break rules even as a joke because that provides a chance to actual rulebreakers to break rules and frame it as a joke, which ruins the overall experience of the community.
Since the crypto withdrawal fees is paid by Gamdom, the minimum withdrawal amount for Bitcoin and Ethereum can go up when the crypto market is unstable and the fee per transaction is high, however we also have Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash withdrawals for crypto which would still have low minimum withdrawal amounts.
We are currently working on improving the customer support and this should not be a problem in the future. If there is an issue that requires investigation, please provide us with your userID and we will look into it.
