HERE IS HOW TO DOWNLOAD OFFLINE MAPS ON GOOGLE MAPS APP:

Step 1: Open the Google Maps app on your phone.

Step 2: Then, at the bottom, tap on Settings and then tap on Offline maps.

Step 3: Now tap on Select your own map.

Step 4: Move the map to cover the area you’d like to download.

Step 5: Finally, tap on Download.

NOTE: The offline maps feature is not available in all languages and countries/regions on Google Maps app. Google Maps will notify you if you are outside the area covered by your offline Maps.
