How do I refresh my wallet?

Did you send crypto to your wallet, but it’s not showing in your balance? Is your Bitcoin balance displaying incorrectly? Do you get an error when you’re trying to send crypto?

If so, your wallet may be out of sync with the blockchain. A quick wallet refresh tends to fix several balance-related problems and help your wallet correctly align with the networks you hold crypto on.

As a first step, please ensure you are using the latest version of Exodus. If you need to, here’s how you can update.

How do I refresh Exodus Desktop?

Open the crypto wallet you would like to refresh by a) clicking the
Portfolio icon and b) selecting the asset from the list below.

If the asset has multiple networks enabled, click the dropdown menu to select the network to refresh.

Click the asset’s logo.

A dialogue will ask
Refresh Blockchain? Click
Rescan. When the asset’s icon is finished spinning, your transactions will be updated and your wallet will be back in sync with the blockchain!

In Exodus Mobile, a) tap the Wallet icon and b) select the asset you want to refresh.

If your asset has multiple networks enabled, a) tap the dropdown menu and b) select the network you want to refresh. If not, skip to step 3.

a) Press on the asset’s logo for 2-3 seconds. A message will appear asking if you want to refresh the selected asset. b) Tap
Refresh.

After refreshing the asset, you will see a prompt, tap OK. The asset has now been refreshed!
