Step 1: Click on the download link to download the file to your computer. if you have not register for google webmaster tool then Register now

Step 2: Login to your Cpanel and locate file manager and click file manager, your Cpanel is located on your host, all you should do is login to your host and click on manage hosting, it will take you to your Cpanel where you could login and look for file manager.

Step 3: When click on file manager there will be a popup asking you to select  a file you would like to open, at this point select “Web Root (public_html/www)” then click ‘GO’ and you will be able to see all your wordpress website or blog files.

Step 4: Look at the top of the screen you will see upload option; click on the upload.

Step 5: Click on the choose file and select the google file you previously download; double click the google fine to upload it.

upload it and leave it for some second till you see uploaded successfully at the right hand side bottom. when it shows successfully uploaded then click the “← Go Back” and you will find your google file among your files just as shown on this photo.
