MAGNET Construct app is focused and ready to drive Topcon/Sokkia Total Stations and GNSS receives for precise design layout needs as well as quick and intuitive options for field measurements. MAGNET Construct provides assisted navigation to any point, line/area, surface or feature on your project site through constant real time positioning. MAGNET Construct also offers instant ability to securely login to your private Company Account within the MAGNET system to exchange files while standing at active projects sites.

App works okay when we can get it to stay connected via WiFi. But it keeps dropping the WiFi signal after a few minutes. I’m Android devices, it gives us an option to connect via Bluetooth? Why is that not an option on iOS? Can the developer chime in and give some feedback?

For example WiFi settings in app keep resettling and have to be manually entered each time I need to connect to the unit .

iOS version doesn’t include gnss support. Why? Do we get a discount for half functionality? It should clearly state that on this page. Also why not full magnet field? It blows my mind why the big 3 don’t have data collector software on iOS devices. 45k+ base and Rover and the data collector has the power of a flip phone. Other than those gripes, it’s a step in the right direction.
