You can enable parental controls in the Settings on your console. The YouTube app will only be accessible if the ‘Teen’ or ‘Not Restricted’ options are chosen.
You can enable Restricted Mode by visiting the Settings page within the YouTube app. Restricted Mode hides videos that may contain inappropriate content flagged by users and other signals. No filter is 100% accurate, but it should help you avoid most inappropriate content.

Yes! Purchased content can be found in the Library tab in the left menu. Navigate to the Library tab, then Purchases, and you will see your purchased content.

YouTube for Nintendo Switch is available in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
YouTube TV is not available through this app.
In handheld mode, the built-in display has a max resolution of 720p; in docked mode, the max resolution is 1080p.
Currently, you can’t live stream your gameplay on YouTube directly from the Nintendo Switch.
