Powder GBA – GBA Roms – Emulation King

Powder is an incredibly well designed rouge like game for the Game Boy Advance (GBA). The game was designed from scratch with it trying to recreate the rougelike style of a game that would effectively work on the GBA.

The developer created Powder for one reason, and that was to successfully create a Rouglike game for his GBA. There was a big lack of any real rouge like style games for the console, while there was a plethora of excellent RPG’s, there was none that had that hack and slash style of a rouge like.

From that, Powder was born, and it has become and incredibly well polished rougelike game that boats great replayability, great gameplay and is all round just a fantastic game. It showcases how well a homebrew game can be.
