Role Play Game – Brussels | Visiting | European Parliament

The role-play game is designed for groups of secondary school students. Players are split up into imaginary political groups and step into the shoes of Members of the European Parliament. By debating on actual issues and themes, they learn how European Union legislation is created and how the future of Europe is forged.

The role-play game reveals the full extent of the legislative process, from consulting interest groups and forming alliances to negotiating with other institutions and speaking to the media.

The game lasts 2 ½ hours, must be pre-booked and is free of charge.

Due to high demand, it is recommended to book the role-play game at least 4 months in advance.

The Parlamentarium is closed on: 1 January / 1 May / 1 November / 24, 25, 31 December.
