Commissioning is the process which that ensures that building systems deliver their promised performance. Construction Project Technology Software

SCMS also utilizes its own on-line software, NavCon, which is a powerful construction technology tool that helps Project Teams navigate through the complex construction process. It includes modules for Inspection Tracking, Punchlist, and Commissioning. It was successfully implemented through OSHPD certificate of occupancy for the new Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, a 460,000 square foot patient tower and Central Plant.
