You may not assign the Master Agreement or give or transfer the Programs, Operating System, Integrated Software and/or any Service Offerings or an interest in them to another individual or entity.
Through the Internet URL, You can access and electronically download to Your location the latest production release as of the effective date of the applicable order of the Integrated Software Options and related documentation for the Integrated Software Options listed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oracle Software is licensed to You under separate terms, then Your use of such software is governed by the separate terms.
