Joyce has been working with construction companies for over 30 years.  Her career started as a controller for a local GC, which allowed her the opportunity to work with the Timberline application and to be at the forefront of construction software.  She quickly realized her passion was helping other companies leverage software for their business and joined the Sunrise team as a leader in their customer support department.  Her calm, yet confident demeanor and her strong customer service skills have served her well over the year, supporting over 1000 accounts in all aspects of their accounting, operations and finance teams.  She loves helping her customers work through issues and questions and learning more about solutions that can add value to their business.  Joyce is certified in the TCM Suite, Viewpoint Spectrum and ProContractor solutions.
