Toshiba TOSVERT VF-s15 VFD using RS485 and USB001Z – Raspberry Pi Forums

I’m currently trying to drive an AC Motor using the TOSHIBA TOSVERT VF-S15 inverter with my Raspberry PI 3 model B. I have a USB-to-serial conversion unit which is the USB001Z. The problem is that the rpi does recognized it but it seems there is no driver for it.
When i plug it and call dmesg i got this :

I’ve done some research and it’s look like Linuxcnc has driver for VFD inverter such as VF-S11
which is close to the VF-S15. So i am wondering if it is possible to compile the HAL for raspbian

If it’s not which USB-to-serial unit should i use to communicate with the TOSVERT VF-S15 ?
