Abstracts: This article provides in-brief analysis of the contents and significance of the principles of sanctioning administrative violations specified in the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations of 2012, provides comments and gives out recommendations to ensure the consistency of the law on sanctioning of administrative violations so that the contents and spirits of the sanctioning principles are consistently understood and it is convenient to apply the sanctioning of administrative violations in practices.
