Basketball Math Game
Learn multiplication while shooting hoops! Have you ever made a 3-point shot? How about a 5-pointer? Kids can have fun working on their times-tables by multiplying the number of baskets they make by the points each shot is worth. As the child moves up a level, the player gets farther from the basket and each ball’s value increases by a point, up to a maximum of five point shots. The math is integrated into the play, making for a game that goes beyond knowledge or comprehension drills to provide a fun form of mathematics application.
