About DID Logic
DID Logic is a VoIP and local SIP trunking solution that helps businesses in education, customer care, eCommerce, hospitality, trading and other industries streamline processes related to call encryption, automatic call distribution (ACD) monitoring, emergency calling and mobile messaging, among other processes.
DID Logic’s call forwarding functionality lets team members create virtual numbers and receive calls across multiple devices, including landline, SIP device, and mobile. The built-in dialers allow staff members to set up multiple channels, track do not call (DNC) lists and handle local gateways in compliance with local business regulations. Additionally, it enables employees to send SMS based alerts and notifications for multiple purposes, such as booking confirmations, asset tracking, OTP codes, account verifications and fraud monitoring.
DID Logic comes with an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, FAQs and other online measures.
