Instructions for managed devices
You can install the Zoom Client on a UCL managed machine (Desktop@UCL) via the Software Centre. You don’t need admin rights to your device to do this. Your machine needs to be connected to the UCL network on campus or, if working from home, the VPN connection.
- Go to the Search box next to the Start menu and type in Software Centre.
- In the Software Centre use the Search box to find Zoom.
- Click on the Zoom app and then click on Install.
- Once you have downloaded the application click on sign in and then SSO. Do not use the main email and password boxes to sign in with your UCL account as this will not work.
- Enter ucl in the company domain field and continue.
- You will be taken to the UCL single sign on page in your browser.
- Fill in your UCL username in the format of [email protected] (eg [email protected]) (eg uczxxxx)
- Enter your current UCL password (the one you use for your email), select Sign in.
- You will be logged in to the Zoom application
