Shipping Details

Shipments are made through the transport company CorreosExpress 24h service. Shipping costs are free for Spain (except islands) from 50 € of purchase, orders below 50€ have a cost of 3.50€ for Spain (except islands). The indicative delivery time is 2-7 days for all products except glued decorative papers which has a term of 5-15 days.

You will be able to follow all the stages of the shipment, from the moment of purchase to delivery, from the Menu / My orders. The delivery of the package is done by hand at your home. If you are absent at the time of delivery, they will leave a note of passage in your mailbox and you will have to contact the transport company to agree on a new delivery time. If after 7 days from the first delivery attempt you have not contacted the transport company, the package will be returned to our facilities. In this case, you can request the payment of the purchase or the forwarding of the package. Keep in mind that in both cases the shipping costs will be borne by you. If you want the payment, we will refund the total amount of the purchase minus the shipping costs, since the transport service has already been carried out, and if you want the package to be forwarded, you must contract the courier service again.

Small packages contracted by Postal Post (Ordinary Post) have a delivery time of 5-8 days, once the product is manufactured. This type of transport does not allow tracking of the package and delivery is not done in hand, the package is left in the mailbox.

If the payment method is by bank transfer the shipment is not effective until the payment has been verified.

When making the purchase it is very important to indicate a contact phone, since in case of not being at home when the carrier comes you can call to agree a new delivery time.

Vinyls are delivered inside a cardboard tube, gift-wrapped and with placement instructions. Purchases over 94 € also bring a free placement spatula.

Shipping costs

In the case of very small packages, the option of contracting the shipment through the transport company or Postal Service is offered. Preparation and shipping costs cannot group different purchases. It is only valid for very small packages such as labels or vinyl “Baby on board”. Its cost is €1.45 per shipment. Small packages contracted through Correos Postal (ordinary Post Office) have a delivery time of 5-8 days, once the product has been manufactured. Shipments to the Canary Islands

Shipments to the Canary Islands are subject to payment of import duties and taxes, as well as local customs.

International deliveries

Some international transport agencies ask for a DNI/NIE or passport number of the recipient to send the orders.

If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, the package will have to go through Customs and may be subject to taxes. In this case, the DUA expenses will be borne by the buyer. For more information you have to contact the local authorities.
