There are two types of license for free video clips on Mazwai: Creative Commons 3.0, and the Mazwai License.

The Creative Commons 3.0 license, allows you to use the clip(s) in a wide range of projects (even commercial projects) for free. You must provide attribution to the author of the clip. For more information about CC 3.0 please refer to the Creative Commons Website .

The Mazwai License, allows you to use the clip(s) in awide range of projects (even commercial projects), and there is no need to provide attribution to the author of the clip.

We only source clips from artists that we have selected to be a part of the Mazwai platform, and who have agreed to provide their video clips for free. This way we ensure that the source of the clips is genuine, whilst maintaining the highest level of quality.

If a video contains people or private property, then permission from the person or property owner must be sought in order to use the clip for commercial purposes (to promote a product or a service). If it is not possible to seek permission, then the clip can still be used for Editorial purposes, for example news programming or personal projects.

We are always looking for new artists to work with on submitting fresh content to Mazwai, so if you are interested please get in touch! You must ensure that all stock footage submitted has been created by you, with necessary permissions from any people featuring in the video clips, and private property owners.
