gamingsuggestions

I may have already scared some of you just with the title of the post, sorry xD

I am diagnosed with severe depression, but I have been in treatment for several years and also in therapy.

I am completely passionate about games, I even write texts as an copywriter. However, it’s been a few months (almost 1 year) that I’ve wanted to play, I’m hyped with the releases, but when the time comes I completely lose the will to play.

My great passion for a long time was MTG Arena, but I stopped playing because I was spending too much just out of compulsion, or even to feel some kind of pleasure.

Then I tried to play Path of Exile, but after a month of playing, I started to spend a lot of money. Then I ditched PoE and tried looking for something single player, rummaged through my entire Steam library and tried to give Stranger of Paradise a chance, which seemed like the right idea: to beat the shit out of enemies in a world set in Final Fantasy.

At first I even liked it and had fun, but now I don’t feel anything playing anymore, it even seems like an obligation, you know?

I know I’m asking a lot, but can you help me with something that I don’t have to think about or understand a lot of things to play? At least to begin with, to try to break out of that cycle. (If it helps, this is my Steam library https://steamcommunity.com/id/_gianz/games/?tab=all)

Thanks!
