Dead after a few months

Got these a few months ago and I loved them until now. Already dead. The right ear bud will not charge anymore and the moment you turn it on it makes the battery low sound. Being bluetooth and wireless… the battery is kinda the most important thing but its poorly made and does not last. Of course the left ear bud is completely fine but will only connect itself to the right ear bud… If the left bud would connect to devices then I could keep using it, and then I wouldn’t be as upset. Expensive poor quality headphones.

Survived washer/dryer

Had these for quite some time they fit snug and have great sound and bass but. The icing on the cake is they are durable. By mistake they went through a large load of laundry then dryer and they charged right back. in a world of weak replaceable things this is not, legit 5 stars

Great sound and Waterproof

I don’t usually review products. However after using my reward points to get a free pair of these ear buds. The sound quality is optimal and they do not crackle or distort.
The reason for writing this review is I accidentally ran the case and all through the washer. When I took them out of the washer they would not turn on no lights on the ear buds or the charging case. After 2 days in a baggie of rice I connect the charger and they the charger lot up. They sounded as good as the day I opened them new.

Worst purchase ever

I bought these a few months ago and STILL haven’t figured out how they work – and I’m a software instructor. The volume is a mystery, I hang up on most calls, and why they thought calls should only come through the right earbud??!?! I’m not sure. The volume is too high on all music and too low on all phone calls. They are heavy and difficult to keep in, even with their adjustable ear thingys. I hate them and I wish I could throw them against the wall most days. My $15 wired earbuds were light years better than these – and they cost me $99!!!!

Perfection personified

Had these less than a week. Already my favorite pair I’ve owned. Motorcycle tested at HIGH speed and they don’t move an inch. Sound is amazing. I listen to a myriad of different musical genes and podcasts. Everything sounds great. 10/10 on battery life and comfort.

The charge lasts forever !

I bought these earphones around a month ago and have been using these daily to listen to my music and podcasts and the sound quality is amazing. The only downer is they are very awkward to wear/put in and tend to fall out if doing extreme activities. – I have yet not mastered the art of putting them in. The charging box it comes with is amazing and charges the earphones within 30 minutes and still has full charge, which is great. Look great in too. The other thing I haven’t figured out yet is the turning the earphones off function, the instructions say to hold it down for a few seconds but it seems to just not turn off.

Disappointed in JBL

I’ve been a JBL fan for years, working with sound equipment. I recently purchased this product through a wireless carrier as a promotional deal. I received the product in good condition. However, I am disappointed in the overall performance of the product.
Instructions are severely limited, and the product seems to have a “plug and play” approach. This unit works well with business or writing applications, and the sound is clear. But sound quality and volume for music, or other streaming media is horrible. There is no volume option on the device itself, and there is no bass. Just not happy with this product overall.

Worth the money

I bought the earbuds about three weeks ago and they are totally worth the money! I ordered them when JBL was doing a free two day quick shipping so I ordered them a Sunday and arrived Wednesday, came in as promised. The sound quality is very good and easy to touch buttons. I guess the downside is that they fall out of my ear when the wax builds up or sweat (ew I know sorry) and because they have fallen a lot my right earbud is already a bit cracked. The sound quality is very nice, the first day I had them I made phone calls to test them out and the other person on the line said it said very high quality, no echos no extra background voice, and both my earbuds were in!

Does the job

Having only had these for a short time, I’ve put them though their paces.
The sound quality is good and it does not dip out when I move around. It has taken me a while to get use to the different functions the buds have, I’m constantly change the song by accident.
I’ve only used the answer call once and I did manage to cut them off half way though our conversation. The sound quality was good and they could hear me clearly.
The buds do stick out a bit when being worn. The charging pod is a nice small size, handy to drop into your bag and charges the buds fast. The buds last a long time before they need charging.

Great product but it is unconfortable

I am amazed by this product and the sound quality. The sound quality is very good and those wireless earbuds have got a good noise isolation. They are easy to use and the battery last for days without the case being charged! Also, connecting them with my IPhone is easy and fast. Unfortunately the only negative thing is that the earbuds are very uncomfortable when I use them. That is because those earbuds are big for my small ears and they keep falling off when I do indoors/outdoors activities. I really love this product and I am satisfied from its performance, and I wish I didn’t have the problem I mentioned above.

Intermittent Loss of Connection and Sound

I bought JBL TUNE 125 TWS a month back and I am finding below issues.
1) They do not stay in ear properly if you sweat or walking. They slip right out!
2) Intermittent loss of connection with mobile Bluetooth while all other Bluetooth audio devices are working perfectly fine.
3) First Left ear disconnects then Right ear and then immediately reconnects back without any reason.
4) There is no volume control
Good Points:
– Sound is good if they are in your ears and you’re sitting and not moving, and if they are in perfect connection.. but it’s once in Blue moon ! So … only 2 stars…
My Raycon’s were amazing and the same price with non of the con’s of this pair.

Great When They Worked

I’ve had these for about a year. They were great for the first 10 months or so, until one of them stopped charging. It was still under warranty so I replaced them. The refurbished ones they sent me immediately have the same issue. I suspect they just sent me back my broken pair! I have requested a third pair under the warranty but they will only send another refurbished pair, and they only have pink! So disappointed that after all this they won’t just send me a new pair. I’ve had many JBL products over the years and haven’t been disappointed until now. I wouldn’t purchase wireless headphones from them again.

Great sound, not super loud but noise cancelling.

I just got it this weekend and went for a 5mi walk with it. The sound quality was great as was the base. But they do block out a lot of noise. On that same trip I walked into a guy walking his dog, I was dorking out but once I saw him I realized he’d seen me first but I have no idea if he said anything, I couldn’t hear anyway, then my son drove up to me and honked the car horn and I didn’t hear. So I would not recommend them for urban use where you have to be aware of your surroundings.

Great sound, perfect fit, but…

I bought this a few weeks ago when my E25BT died (after 5yrs), and having worked with, not for, JBL in the past I immediately went to Wal-Mart to get a pair. The sound quality is great, as to be expected with JBL. The sizing of the earbuds is like a glove, previously i’ve had issues with Skull Candy hurting my ears if worn for too long. My only complaint is after 3-weeks or so the case itself feels like the top is going to come off any day. Checking online I do not see an easy replacement for it, which is disappointing. Otherwise they’re perfect.

Great Sound Quality

Easy to use out of the box – fully charged and paired quickly with my phone. The sound quality is amazing – I had my volume turned to about 10% of its max and it was more than loud enough for me! The bass came through loud and clear. Comfortable to wear – ear buds came with 3 sizes of runner inserts that were easy to change to the preferred size. Need to try it while working out and running, but so far so good! Only had for a few days so can’t speak to durability yet

Very disappointed

Awsome headphones

I wanted to test these headphones as I have been looking for alternatives headphones to AirPods for my iPhone. JBL has a very good reputation for speakers so I was really keen to try their wireless headphones and I am happy to say they haven’t failed to impress me thus far. Sound quality is crystal clear even with the loud background noise. The design of the headphones are good, slots in easily in the charging case and it charges. Battery life is very good and I like the fact that they can be charged whilst in the case so I am never low on battery. I use them one hour a day and up until now I haven’t had to charge them. They are easy to setup and I have used these headphones on iphone and android phones as well as android tablet. The only downside is the headphones are not labelled right or left so I got confused at times.
