COMMERCIAL HOUSING LOAN
- Purpose:
Construction or purchase of house/building/apartment strictly for the purpose of generating a profit, either from business activity, resale of property or rental or lease income.For repair : loan shall be permitted after the first 5 years of occupancy or 5 years from the last period of repair.
- Rate of interest: 9.50%
- Security
Mortgage of property for which finance is being given. - LTV:
Up to Nu.50.00 Mn 80%
Above Nu.50.00 Mn 70%
- LTI: can go upto 100%
- Repayment period: 30 years excluding gestation period.
Disbursement
For outright purchase of house/ flat, the loan amount will be paid in lumpsum to the sellers savings account along with borrower’s margin.
For house/ flat under construction, the loan amount to be disbursed in phase wise manner along with borrower’s equity depending upon the progress of the construction.
HOME LOAN
For construction / repair /purchase of house / apartment for one-unit personal dwelling.
For repair: loan shall be permitted after the first 5 years of occupancy or 5 years from the last period of repair.
