Tie-in video games for One Piece have been published by Bandai Namco Entertainment (and various predecessors) since 2000. Owing to the series’ length and popularity, these games have spanned virtually every genre, as well as every console—home and handheld—from the fifth generation on.
(As one of Shonen Jump’s most famous properties, One Piece is also present in most if not all Jump crossover games. On rarer occasions, it may also make cameo appearances in non-Jump franchises such as Monster Hunter.)
In addition to their various development firms, most if not all One Piece games are essentially co-productions with Toei Animation, which supplies the voice-cast of the TV anime (and, in some early installments, music and even original animation).

- Shonen Jump’s One Piece: Grand Battle! In the UK this was a Virgin Megastores exclusive game and was on sale for a limited time only. Released September 30, 2005.
- One Piece: Grand Adventure was released in Europe 20 October 2006. In the UK, although a release date was issued for the game, the game was not actually available for purchase in-store outside of imports or second-hand.

- One Piece: Unlimited Cruise Episode 1 was released in Europe on June 19, 2009 which was only available for purchase online. Episode 2 was also released in the same year on September 25, 2009 again only for online purchase.

Vattroller X
Roronoa Zoro appears as a guest character in Vattroller X, a Game Boy Advance game. He is unlocked by entering a code, “uogneK”, into the computer on the third floor of Globe City’s item shop, and he can be purchased for 2,000VP (the game’s currency). Players can use Zoro in the games VRX Mode, a free play mode separate from the main game.[1][2]
Monster Hunter 4
The Japanese version of Monster Hunter 4 featured DLC quests where players could be rewarded with Felyne costumes and weapons from the Straw Hat Pirates.
The first downloadable quest was released on November 4, 2013 and featured a Tony Tony Chopper costume and weapon for the player’s Felyne.[3]
The second downloadable quest was released on December 23, 2013 and featured Nami’s Clima-tact as an Insect Staff-class weapon and Usopp’s Kabuto as a Bow-class weapon. Players had to fight a Giant Lagombi to earning the crafting kits.[4]
The third pack was released on March 24, 2014 and featured Luffy’s “Gigant Pistol” hands as a Dual Sword-class weapon and Zoro’s swords, dubbed “Pirate Hunter’s Soul”, as a Great Sword-class weapon. Players had to fight a Golden Rajang and a Savage Deviljho to earn the crafting kits.[5]

Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle
One Piece Treasure Cruise and Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle held a Crossover Campaign event where Frieza and Frieza Force members (designed after Sūi) appeared in Treasure Cruise and Donquixote Doflamingo and Atamawari Ningyo appeared in Dokkan Battle. The event began in Japan on September 14, 2015 and in the global versions on October 27, 2016, and it lasted two weeks.[6]

Dragon Ball Heroes
Arcade game Dragon Ball Heroes held a crossover event with One Piece Film: Gold where Luffy and Gild Tesoro were added in a special mission. In the mission, players could play Luffy and other Dragon Ball characters to fight against Tesoro. The event was held in July 2016 to promote the film’s release.[7]

Taiko no Tatsujin
One Piece and rhythm game franchise Taiko no Tatsujin have collaborated multiple times, with One Piece songs featured in multiple titles in the series.
One Piece Film: Gold
The two franchises crossed over in Taiko no Tatsujin Red Version from July 23 to September 4, 2016 to celebrate the release of One Piece Film: Gold. If players played Ikari o Kure yo with their Banapassport, they could get a One Piece Film: Gold avatar.[8]
Taiko players on Android and iOS could also play Ikari o Kure yo for a chance to win a promotional wallpaper. The mobile app versions also featured:

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum’n’Fun!
Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum’n’Fun! on Nintendo Switch features We Are! as a track in the base game. A DLC pack, the ONE PIECE Anime Songs Pack, was released on November 14, 2019, and cost $3.99 USD. It includes:[10]
We Are ONE
As part of the One Piece 100 We Are ONE campaign, Bandai held the One Piece 100th Volume Celebration Taiko no Tatsujin Collaboration 1 (ワンピース100巻記念 太鼓の達人コラボ 第一弾, Wanpīsu 100-kan kinen taiko no tatsujin korabo daiichidan?). From September 3 to October 19, 2021, Taiko no Tatsujin arcade machines added We Are! to their song selection. Additionally, players could play as Luffy by scanning the barcode of their Volume 100. Players with a Banapassport could earn Luffy as a character.[11]
One Piece 100th Volume Celebration Taiko no Tatsujin Collaboration 2 (ワンピース100巻記念太鼓の達人コラボ第二弾, Wanpīsu 100-kan kinen taiko no tatsujin korabo dainidan?) was held from October 20 to November 30, 2021. In this second collaboration, players could participate in a new mode, One Piece Battle Performance (ワンピースバトル演奏, Wanpīsubatoru ensō?). In this mode, players drum along to sections of songs against a CPU while Luffy and Kaidou fight. By defeating Kaido while playing with a Banapassport, players could earn One Piece characters based on the number of times they won. Playing five times earned all five characters:

To commemorate the release of One Piece Film: Red, New Genesis was added to the game center version of Taiko no Tatsujin on August 6, 2022, the movie’s opening day. Additionally, a new difficulty level, “Oniura”, was added to We Are!.[13]
Pokémon Go
A collaborative event in Pokémon Go was held in Japan from July 22 to July 29, 2019. It featured a special “Straw Hat Pikachu” for players worldwide to catch and Luffy’s straw hat as a purchasable item for Trainers in the game’s item shop. Additionally, players who lived in Japan could visit Kumamoto and spin a PokeStop with special artwork from Eiichiro Oda at the bronze Luffy statue.[14]

Monster Strike
From August 20 to August 31, 2022, a collaboration celebrating One Piece Film: Red was held in the mobile RPG Monster Strike. The collaboration included Gachas, a starter pack, and quests featuring One Piece characters. Each was assigned a specific rarity and typing.

An additional collaboration quest, “Out of Control! Chopper’s Forbbidden Rumble,” appeared in the game’s Guardian Beast Forest, and players who cleared the ultimate difficulty could receive the Guardian Beast Cotton Candy Lover Chopper to aid them during quests.
Players could receive special items through login bonuses, as well as ★6 Shanks’ Daughter Uta. Uta was also available in the Friend Gacha.
Starting August 26, players could complete the “Great Pirate Missions” to be rewarded with the dual unit ★6 Worst Generation Law & Kid. Other rewards included Good Job icons of Chopper and Uta; medals for the Thousand Sunny, Spade Pirates, Mera Mera no Mi, and Straw Hat Pirates; and a Wanted Poster Striker Card.
Players could complete the “God Usopp’s Command” challenge and earn “God Points,” to be exchanged for items in “Usopp’s Factroy.”
“Collaboaration Limmited Good Job” icons were available for exchange on August 20 and August 30 of Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Sanji.[15]
