CORRECT CRYPTO CHAINS
Make sure you are sending from the correct blockchain. For example, for USDC we only accept ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain (including USDC on Polygon). If you send something else you’ll probably lose it. Contact support if you are unsure.

NO REFUNDS
There are no refunds for crypto, no exceptions.

10% FEE
There is an additional 10% fee on all crypto purchases with the exception of USDC (including USDC on Polygon). The reason for the fee is to cover our risk due to volatility and to cover the network fees when converting to USD.

CONVERSION
Your cryptocurrency will be converted to USD, minus the fee, immediately upon confirmation based on the conversion reported by Coinbase.

CRIMINALS AND OTHER BAD ACTORS
If you’re trying to hide your identity using crypto in order setup a phishing site, a fake store, or some other illegal or otherwise fraudulent/abusive site; don’t. We don’t want you as a customer and we may ask you to verify your identity before allowing you to purchase hosting and other services.
