Reddit – Dive into anything

So I’ve had an issue ever since I got my Phantom keyboard, I cannot change the lighting at all. Sometimes the lighting changes randomly by itself and I don’t understand why or how. I’m able to change things like the brightness and the speed that the effects happen but I can’t change the actual lighting effects manually and the software is refusing to work.

Whenever I try to launch it, it says “Device is not detected, the key settings can not be displayed!” and that’s it. I made sure to install the UK 88 key version because that’s the keyboard I have and it still isn’t working.

All I want to do is set the colour to one solid colour, I’m tired of all the flashing colour, but I can’t seem to do it at all.

Does anyone have any similar experiences or know how to possibly fix it?
