The Competition

The 1st Phorm Monster Games is a comprehensive test of fitness for all levels of athletes. Any athlete from the Scaled athlete to Games caliber athletes will be tested appropriately for their division and fitness level.

The 2023 games have morphed to offer two ways to compete: individually and as teams of two. 

With experienced event and athlete programming from Jacob Heppner of Grit Performance and Jason Ansley of Midwestern Built Strength & Conditioning, The 1st Phorm Monster Games prides itself on being a full test of fitness.

Individual Divisions:

• Elite Men and Women (26 + 1 invite)

• Rx Men and Women (18)

• Intermediate Men and Women (27 person minimum)

• Masters Age 35-39 Open Registration

• Masters Age 40-44 Open Registration

• Masters Age 45-49 Open Registration

• Masters Age 50-54 Open Registration

• Masters Age 55+ Open Registration

2-Person Co-ed Teams & Same Sex Team Divisions:

• Rx – Open Registration

• Intermediate – Open Registration

• Masters – Open Registration

• Scaled – Open Registration
