Tóm tắt: Vụ cướp tiền ảo diễn ra giữa năm 2020 đã dấy lên tranh luận về tính hợp pháp của việc sở hữu tài sản là tiền ảo. Trong phạm vi bài viết này, tác giả phân tích các khía cạnh pháp lý và kinh tế của quyền sở hữu đối với tài sản là tiền ảo, cùng với lý luận chung về quyền sở hữu dưới các quan điểm quốc tế phổ biến hiện nay để làm rõ một số quan điểm chưa rõ ràng về vấn đề sở hữu đối với loại hình mới này.

Abstract: The incident of robbing virtual currency in the middle of 2020 has raised the debate of the legitimacy of owning the property as virtual currency. Within the scope of this article, the author provides an analysis of the legal and economic aspects of ownership over the virtual currency as property, along with the general theory of ownership under current popular international perspectives to clarify some unclear viewpoints on the ownership of this new type of currency.
